How agency listings work

Use one login for your agency page and every client you still manage. Add each business with their real Name, Address, and Phone, plus the owner’s email — not your agency inbox. We email that owner a Claim listing link.

You add the listing

Publish the client’s real NAP. Saving the listing emails the owner automatically. You can finish photos, hours, and categories while the listing is still on your account.

They get the email

The owner opens Claim listing, creates a free account (or logs in), and claims the page. That login is how they respond to customers looking for their services.

The listing moves

After they claim it, the listing leaves your account and you cannot edit it. If they did not authorize the page, they can report it and we unpublish it.

Common questions

Sign up as a service provider and create your business listing with name, location, categories, and the details customers need to find you. A free citation listing can appear in the public directory. There is no application interview or elite network vetting to join.

Directory listing starts free (Free Citation). Paid plans such as Basic Pro and Elite Pro unlock greater access to project matches and service offers. Current prices are shown on the plans page. We do not take a commission on jobs you win — payment for the work is between you and the customer.

Lead credits are included with paid plans and are spent when you accept a matching project or an offer request. Declining or ignoring a match does not use credits. Credit weights can vary by category. Credits are a cap on work you choose to take — not a promise of how many jobs will be posted.

Customers pay you directly. Services Billboard does not process job payments, hold funds in escrow, or take a cut of the job. Agree on terms with your customer before you start.

Yes. You can change plans from your account when you want more or less access. See the plans page for current options and limits.

With a paid plan that includes lead access, you can review matching customer-posted projects and service requests, then accept ones that fit using lead credits. You can also publish service offers so customers can find your packaged work.
