List your business

Use your real name, the business name, the area you serve, and a phone customers can call. If you add a website, it should be that business's site.

A free Citation listing is the public directory page. It does not take project leads or publish offers. The directory shows each business as a compact row.

For contractors

Before the listing appears

Marketing, SEO, backlink, and guest-post accounts are not listed. A new listing stays off the directory until it is approved. An account or listing that is not a real local business is removed.

While the account is in review, you can look around. You cannot take jobs, and the public listing does not go live, until the account is approved. After that, a saved listing still waits for its own approval. The notice inside your account changes the next time you log in. That approval does not send you an email.

For contractors

Your public page

Add your company name, city, and category so customers can find you. A license or insurance line shows on the public page only after you save it. The prompt to add a license stays on your dashboard.

Reviews show after a customer finishes a project. Until then the page says this provider has not received any reviews yet.

Plans and lead credits

Basic Pro is $29 a month for 20 lead credits. Elite Pro is $79 for 100. Credits cap how many jobs you can take. They do not promise how many jobs will be posted.

Decline is free. The customer pays you directly. This is not a bidding site, and the site does not take a cut of the job.

Find work or publish offers

Paid members can accept matching projects and service requests with a quote. If the job is the same every time, publish it as an offer. Customers search those offers and request one in the app. Accepting that request uses the same lead credits as a posted project in that category.

A free Citation listing cannot publish offers. Contact details stay hidden until the customer hires.

Verified badge

A Verified badge is a phone check. It does not publish the listing by itself, and it does not send an email. The listing still needs its own approval before it appears in the directory.

What an agency account is for

An agency account is for a client's real business, not a marketing, SEO, backlink, or guest-post signup. New agency accounts and each new client listing are checked before they appear in the directory. A listing that is not a real business is removed after that review.

Add a client listing

Use one login for your agency page and every client you still manage. Add the business with the client's real name, address, and phone, plus the owner's email. That inbox is the owner's, not the agency inbox.

Saving the listing emails the owner a Claim listing link. You can finish photos, hours, and categories while the listing is still on your account.

The owner claims the listing

The owner opens Claim listing and claims the page. That login is how they answer customers looking for their services.

After the listing moves

After they claim it, the listing leaves your account and you cannot edit it. If they did not authorize the page, they can report it and we unpublish it.
