Yes for customers. You can browse businesses, search services, and post projects without paying a platform fee. Businesses may choose paid plans for greater access to project matches and service offers.

Click Post a Project, create a free account if needed, describe the work, and invite local businesses you want to consider. Providers can show interest and send a quote or estimate.

Invited providers can review your project and respond when it fits their work. You compare options, message through the platform, then hire the provider you choose. Response volume depends on local providers and your project details — we do not guarantee a set number of replies.

Review business profiles, available services, service areas, and any reviews or details the business has added. Contact the providers you are interested in, compare responses, and hire the one that fits your needs. A listing on Services Billboard is not a quality guarantee.

No. Services Billboard helps you discover and connect with service providers. The selected provider performs the work under the arrangement you make with them.

No. Hiring arrangements and payments for the job are made directly between you and the provider. We do not process job payments, hold escrow, mediate financial disputes, or issue refunds for provider work. Membership checkout (if a business upgrades) only pays for platform access.

Open a business profile or service listing and use the contact options shown there, or message through a project you posted. Some contact details stay private until you hire, depending on how that conversation was started.

When reviews are available for a business or completed job, they appear on that profile. We do not invent ratings. If a listing has no reviews yet, use the profile details and your own conversation to decide.

Some listings may show a verification indicator when our team has confirmed basic business contact details (such as reaching them by phone). That is not a quality inspection, license audit, or endorsement. Always review the listing and ask the provider for credentials that matter for your job.

Because the agreement and payment are between you and the provider, resolve issues directly with them. Services Billboard does not mediate job disputes or refund provider work.
